Dijon mustard and honey adds a savory sweet twist to these roasted creamer gold potatoes.
24 | Ounce | Alsum Gold Creamer Potatoes |
2 | Tablespoon | Olive oil |
1 | Tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
1 | Tablespoon | honey |
1 | Tablespoon | Fresh Chives, chopped |
1 | Teaspoon | Salt, as desired |
1 | Teaspoon | Ground Black Pepper, as desired |
Preheat oven to 425°. Wash creamers in cool water, then cut in half, pat dry and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, toss together olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Add creamers to mixture and coat each potato well. Transfer potatoes to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place in center of oven and bake potatoes uncovered 25 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
