Creamy White Potato Bake

A delicious and easy casserole your whole family will love!

Ingredients

5MediumWhite potatoes (May substitute with goldens)
2Cupdiced ham (May substitute with chicken)
1CanCream of celery soup, undiluted
1⁄8CupMilk
1⁄4CupParmesan cheese
3Tablespoonbutter
2TablespoonMinced dried onion
  Salt and pepper as desired

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut raw potatoes into 1/8" slices. Place sliced potatoes on bottom of greased 8 x 8 pan or casserole dish. Add diced ham to soup and spread across the top. Pour milk over top. Sprinkle a layer of Parmesan cheese over diced ham and soup mixture. Top with slivers of butter.  Add dried onion, salt and pepper to taste. Bake uncovered 50 minutes at 350 degrees F. The top will be light brown.
